Warranty Addendum – Tariff Compliance Notice – 5-15-2025
Effective immediately, all items replaced under ANP Lighting’s warranty subject to current United States tariff regulations will incur additional charges based on applicable tariffs in effect at the time of order shipment or replacement. These tariff-related costs will be billed directly to the customer. No exceptions will be made.
